The clinic is run by Helen – a Registered nurse with extensive experience in performing micro-suction and treating ear problems in a local NHS ear, nose and throat out patient department for over 35 years.

All practices, procedures and consultations are fully insured for your protection.

At Wadworth ear clinic we prioritise your comfort and wellbeing.

• You will be greeted at reception and taken into the clinic room.
• After confirming you details the nurse will then discuss your ear problem with you and take a full medical history.
• The treatment starts by using the Loupes and an ear speculum to examine
  the ear.

• Gentle suction will be applied to clear the ear. This can be slightly noisy.
• Depending on your needs, other fine instruments may be used.
• When your treatment is complete you can discuss your ear health with the
  nurse and you may be issued with a prescription if required.
• With your permission a letter summarising the consultation will be sent to your GP.
• Occasionally a follow up appointment may be recommended. This is
  assessed on an individual basis.

This service is provided to meet the needs of clients who are immobile, have health problems or cannot travel to the clinic and provides a more personal approach in the comfort of their own home.

Setting up only takes a few minutes and the procedure takes about 20 minutes depending on the condition of the ears. I will require a chair and access to a mains socket.
